Terms and Conditions

At Orange Orange Technologies we strive to provide quality services that you enjoy using for your business or professional life. You have a number of choices and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank You. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.

Monthly Subscriptions - If at any time during your first 2 weeks using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a workaround, or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs.  If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase. 

We want you to be happy with our service throughout your entire contract, not only the first 2 weeks (in case of monthly subscription). So we go beyond that. If at any time during your contract we remove, break, or discontinue functionality or service that was available at the time you signed up for your contract, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it in a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remainder of your contract. 

Auto-Renewal - For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal, we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount. Payment will be applied only after the end of the trial period. 

Gold / Platinum / Diamond subscription services - We assume social media accounts are present, if social media accounts need to be created and set up there is a small additional one-time fee. 

Digital Services - A lot of our services are digital services and clearly mentioned at the product level.

Language of communication - At Orange Oranges Technologies, our primary language of communication is English. 

Payment and related terms - We do our best to accommodate various payments like Net 10, Net 15, Net 30, etc. At the same time if you have financial challenges we do accommodate case by case basis. We would normally not want our customers to be in a position of hardships but at the same time to keep the continuity of the business we are introducing a cut-off of 3 months or 60 days. If there is a delay in payments beyond 60 days we would be introducing a penalty of 5% on the balance amount as per the Invoice.

Terms related specific to subscription services -


  • Posts are Monday to Friday (except statuary holidays).

  • No posts on statutory holidays as per the British Columbia calendar.

  • Social channels are already set up.

  • Social channels setup is the customer's responsibility.

  • Orange Oranges Team will be provided with admin access to these social channels.
